Warehouse Associate

American Jewelry and Loan is seeking friendly, personable, and hard-working applicants for an entry-level Warehouse associate position. Warehouse associates are responsible for transporting, securing, locating, and caring for customer items, in addition to managing store inventory. Applicants must be able to handle customer items appropriately and with a high degree of care. Warehouse associates will interact with customers while performing daily tasks such as returning customer items, answering questions, and receiving complaints. It is important to always exhibit a positive attitude and friendly personality to deliver on our mission of providing the best pawnbroking experience to everyone who connects with us. Customer service experience is a definite plus, but not required. Training will be provided. 

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Undergo and pass a background check
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Organized and ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Basic math (no calculus required)
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Willingness and ability to learn jewelry evaluation and company policies/procedures
• Resume with a stable work history

Duties

• Responsible for transporting, securing, and locating customer items with a high level of care 
• Receive, perform checks, stock, and manage inventory
• Provide excellent customer service and support 
• Perform light cleaning, as needed 

Experience

• Customer service: One year of experience (preferred)

 Education

• High school or equivalent
