Sales Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven individual with the desire to hustle and live by the motto “How bad do you want it?” The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience with a proven ability to sell and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This position will be central to our Sales department. Our mission is to provide the best pawnbroking experience to everyone who connects with us and we are looking for a new team member who can provide that. Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Undergo and pass a background check
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Organized and ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Basic math (no calculus required)
• Customer service experience a definite plus
• Willingness and ability to learn jewelry evaluation and company policies/procedures
• Resume with a stable work history

Duties 

• Ability to demonstrate and sell merchandise such as jewelry, electronics, home furnishings, sports memorabilia, and more. 
• Process customer applications for financing
• Perform credit card and cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and restock showroom as needed
• Receive, perform checks, stock, and manage inventory
• Complete training in processing pawn loan redemptions, opening pawn loans, and more to provide support as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Experience

• Sales: Three years of experience (preferred)
• Customer service: Three years of experience (preferred)

 Education

• High school or equivalent
