HIT Training, Food and Dbol! You can make major savings on your budget

Yesterday, I went to the gym. This was my routine. It took me around 25 minutes.

This doesn't seem like much, does it? Many of you may be wondering, "Where are my warm-up sets?". There are no sets that I can do without being taxed, either light or moderate. I can lift weights that would be impossible for most people, even if it's only a few reps.

Your body will respond to stimuli. My body does not respond to stimuli.

Although I don't train in this manner all year, I do it for 6-8 weeks. My body is usually exhausted by week 6, 8, and I have to stop for a while. This training method will produce some amazing results if it is done well. Many are asking about injury. It would seem that I would be more likely to injure myself without these warm-ups, right? Actually, it's the exact opposite. I return to the gym every day fully recovered and less likely to injure myself.

People think you have to do everything to grow. But sometimes, it's the exact opposite. You can grow by giving yourself enough shock, but you will see serious results if you allow for sufficient rest.

Intensity is key. You have to treat these sets as if they were your last. Although I might only be able to do 8-10 sets in a workout I am able to leave my entire body on the gym floor. After a hard workout, I am dripping with sweat and pumped up. It's an intense workout that takes only 2 hours.

The beauty of it is that I hit each muscle group approximately 3 times per week and still make gains. This is kind of like an inmate being released from his cage for a short time. You just go crazy.

You're wasting your time if you don't make progress with reps, weight gain or both. You should be preparing for a competition with a different animal. But I am referring to growing here.

This is, in my opinion, the fastest way to grow when it comes down to training. This method requires more discipline than going to the gym every day. But, you will grow quickly if you do it!

Are you looking for results? Then listen up! You should choose 8-10 exercises that target your entire body and do them 3 times a week. You can switch between them each week. Flat bench can be replaced by an incline bench on Wednesday if you did it on Monday. Because they are large muscles, legs and back require a few different exercises. However, the biceps and triceps, chest and sometimes delts can all still be stimulated with one exercise.

Let's talk food.

It's becoming increasingly difficult to find affordable food. Don't forget about avocados, egg whites, and fillet mignon. This is building, and these foods are too expensive for a routine such as this. This article is all about growing. Fuck being a bit soft here, fuck having flawless abs (yes you can still train them). This is about adding mass to your frame!

You should buy ground beef, whole eggs, whole milk, potatoes, and pasta for your meals. We don't want fancy ingredients, just calories.

This is a diet that would help you gain mass, for people between 150 and 180 lbs.
Meal 1-5 whole eggs, 1 glass of whole milk, bowl with oatmeal. The milk is only for the calories, protein, and you don't need to worry about the sugar right away.

Meal 2: 1/2 lb ground meat, cup of rice

Meal 3: Large glass of whole milk, half-a-box of macaroni or cheese

Meal 4 - 1/2 lb ground meat, large bowl oatmeal, salad

Meal 5: A homemade weight loss shake made with whole milk, peanut butter and oats. It also includes 2 eggs and chocolate syrup.

For 6 weeks, you can stop eating clean. You'll burn more calories and not gain much weight in just a few months. Cardio should be kept short, no more than 20 minutes per session, three times per week.

Dbol

DBOL aka Dianabol is the cheapest steroid that I believe will give you the most muscle.

I am not one of those guys who says that you MUST TEST in every cycle. In the beginning, I did a few Dbol-only cycles and got good results. My sweet spot was 35 mg/day.

A couple hundred Dbols should be possible for as low as $100-$200 at the gym. Depending on where you are, it may be much less expensive.

If budget is a concern, you can grab some Clomid and Dbol PCT routine. Combining this training style with food and Dbol tabs can help you gain 20-30 pounds in just two months.

Dbol is not something I use anymore, but it helped me grow and become strong. Dbol can make you insanely strong. Give it 5-6 days for your system to adjust and you will know that you are on the right track.

Follow my advice if you have a tight budget but still want to gain muscle!
