Kylian Mbappe

Ousmane Dembele

The former Barcelona winger is the heir apparent to Mbappe, with a similar style of play and a desire to create chances for himself and others. He can operate on either flank and has the technical ability to utilise his speed and agility to beat defenders in one-on-one situations.
Luis Enrique has tasked Dembele with showing more selfishness on the ball and a greater willingness to score. If he can do that, the rewards could be considerable. It’s just a question of time. He’s on the verge of something big, it just has to click.
Bradley Barcola
Barcola, who joined PSG from Lyon for 50 million euros last summer, could soon get his first call-up to the French national team. The left-winger has been a key figure in Luis Enrique’s side since his arrival and is seen as the natural successor to Mbappe.
The youngster’s work rate and effectiveness at regaining possession are the hallmark of his game. He is also a manager’s dream for his ability to produce moments of magic with immense skill and awe-inspiring dribbling.
Barcola is a key member of the PSG squad and will likely play a big role in their Champions League campaign. If they win the tie, the club would face a tough decision on whether to retain him or sell him in January.
Abdou Diallo
Abdou Diallo was one of the key players when Senegal wrote a new chapter in their football history by winning the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations. He played every minute of the tournament and scored a penalty in the final win over Egypt.
The left-footed defender joined Dortmund last season from Mainz and was a regular in the Bundesliga team under Lucien Favre. He made 28 league appearances for the club and could also play as a centre back or left back.
His place in the Dortmund team has come under threat following the arrival of Mats Hummels from Bayern Munich. He has now decided to leave Signal Iduna Park and join Paris Saint Germain on a five-year deal. He will compete for playing time with Marquinhos and Thiago Silva at PSG.
Loic Mbe Soh
Paris Saint-Germain defender Loic Mbe Soh is set to leave the club this summer. The 19-year-old centre-back is in the final year of his contract and, according to French newspaper L'Equipe, PSG are willing to let him go for a fee rather than lose him on a free transfer.
The Reds would certainly be interested in Mbe Soh, who can play at centre-back or right-back. He is a France youth international and captained the Under-19s in their UEFA Youth League group stage campaign. He was also shortlisted alongside Canaries full-back Max Aarons for the Golden Boy award this season.
He could link up with Chris Cohen's Under-23 side initially before making the step up to the senior squad. Mbe Soh would add depth to a defence which includes Tyler Blackett, Jack Colback, Lyle Taylor, Fouad Bachirou and Miguel Angel Guerrero.
