Sales Loan Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with the ability to multitask while providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, and is adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This position will be central to our Jewelry Loan department. We aim to provide the best pawnbroking experience to everyone who connects with us and we are looking for a new team member who can provide that. Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Undergo and pass a background check
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Organized and ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Basic math (no calculus required)
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Willingness and ability to learn jewelry evaluation and company policies/procedures
• Resume with a stable work history

Duties 

• Demonstrate expertise and consistency in jewelry evaluation 
• Perform loan processing while following established policies and procedures
• Complete cash transactions with high accuracy
• Complete data entry 
• Provide excellent customer service and support (in-person and via phone)
• Perform light cleaning, as needed 

Experience

• Sales: Three years of experience (preferred)
• Customer service: Three years of experience (preferred)

 Education

• High school or equivalent
